摘要 职业教育的蓬勃发展带来了学生职业素养提升的现实压力,急需新的应对策略。职业院校必须从职业教育鲜明的培养方向、职教学生特定的学习任务和现代企业独特的管理模式出发,精准定位增强学生职业素养这个目标,坚守"校企生"三主体协同育人,努力探索适合职教学生特点的企业化管理模式,以"学校即企业、班级即车间、学生即职员"的管理来达成学生职业素养提升。 The vigorous development of vocational education has brought about the actual pressure of students'professional quality improvement,and urgently needs new coping strategies.Vocational colleges must proceed from the clear direction of vocational education,the specific learning tasks of vocational students and the unique management mode of modern enterprises,accurately positioning the goal of enhancing students'professional quality,and sticking to the commanding heights of the three main subjects of"school/enterprise/students".Efforts should be made to explore the enterprise management mode suitable for the characteristics of vocational education students,and to achieve the improvement of students'professional quality with the management of“school is enterprise,class is workshop,student is staff”.
