中高职“跨界衔接”学生本科阶段心理资本培育研究——以江苏理工学院为例

摘要 中高职"跨界衔接"是一种培育经济社会发展所需的高端技能型人才的教育模式。在中职学生向本科院校延伸与贯通的过程中,受教育模式、学习环境、人际关系圈改变的影响,其心理资本呈现出自我效能感、乐观、希望水平偏低,韧性水平较高的复杂状态。以积极心理学理论为基础,综合以往研究成果及实际教学经验,针对"跨界衔接"学生心理资本构建了新的培育模式,创建以独立培养方案制定、心理健康理论课程、心理健康实践课程、社会实践活动锻炼以及校友偶像工程计划为主要环节的心理资本培育风火轮模型,为中高职"跨界衔接"学生心理资本培育探索提供创新方案与参考。 The"cross-border linking"of secondary and higher vocational education is an educational pattern to cultivate high-quality skilled talents for the development of economic and society.In the process of extension and penetration from secondary and higher vocational education to undergraduate education,their psychological capital,influenced by the change of education pattern,academic environment and interpersonal relationship,presents a complex state which contains low self-efficacy,low optimism,low hope and high resilience.Based on the theory of positive psychology,combining previous research achievement and practical teaching experience,this paper constructs a new cultivation model for students'psychological capital of"cross-border linking",and establishes a psychological capital cultivation hot wheel model contains independent cultivation program formulation,mental health theory courses,mental health practice courses,social practice exercise and alumni idol project plan,to provide innovative programs and reference for the cultivation and exploration of psychological capital for students of"cross-border linking"in secondary and higher vocational education.
