基于SWOT分析的残疾人创业效益分析与选择策略

Benefit Analysis and Selection Strategy of Disabled Persons' Entrepreneurship Based on SWOT Analysis

利用SWOT分析研究残疾人创业的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁,并基于创业渠道问题分析其效益,提出创业选择策略。结果表明:残疾人创业是一类自身劣势显著高于优势,外部机遇多过威胁的特殊创业类型;就创业渠道而言,线上渠道为残疾人创业提供了新便利,并提高了其效益可得性,因而经济效益较高;线下渠道能够与政策、行业更好地互动,为拉动残疾人群体就业做出更大贡献,因而社会效益较高。就创业选择策略而言,线上渠道能弥补残疾人创业的部分劣势,但政府支持政策需与线上渠道进一步融合;此外,需教育系统提供更多帮助,且应关注创业后的可持续经营。

In this paper,the SWOT analysis is applied to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of disabled persons’entrepreneurship.Based on the benefits analysis of entrepreneurship channel,the selection strategy is put forward for disabled people’s entrepreneurship.The result shows that entrepreneurs with disabilities are a special type of entrepreneurship whose own disadvantages are significantly higher than the advantages and external opportunities are more than threats.As far as entrepreneurial channels are concerned,online channels provide new conveniences for the disabled entrepreneurs and improve the availability of their benefits,so the economic benefits are relatively high.Offline channels can better interact with policies and industries,and make greater contributions to the employment of disabled people,so the social benefits are relatively high.In terms of entrepreneurial choice strategies,online channels can compensate for some of the disadvantages of entrepreneurs’entrepreneurship,but government support policies need to be further integrated with online channels.In addition,education system should provide more help for disabled persons’entrepreneurship and more focus should be paid on the sustainable management after entrepreneurship.
