摘要
社会经济的新型发展促成高校教育改革,新工科就是在新产业、新业态、跨界融合等社会产业经济发展时代背景下产生的新型工科教育理念。素食产业发展也呈现出新型、新兴和融合的特征,素食产业需要新工科人才与技术的支撑,在产业和人才的相互作用下素食文化呈现出大众化、便捷化和时尚化的发展趋向。
The development of society and economy in China has promoted the reform of college education. The new engineering is a new concept of education born in the ages of economy development characterized by the emerging industries, new types of operation and cross-border business integration. The vegetarian industry, as an emerging industry of business integration, needs the new engineering talents and technology support. With the interaction of industry and talents, the vegetarian culture presents a trend of popularity, convenience and fashion.
