中药固体自微乳化给药系统的研究进展 被引量:2

Advances in research on the solid self-microemulsifying drug delivery system for traditional medicine

摘要 为了了解近些年中药固体自微乳化给药系统的固化载体以及固化技术的研究进展,查阅近年相关文献并进行归纳和总结。结果表明,新型的固化载体及固体化方法可以进一步提高中药固体自微乳的自乳化性能,改善中药的稳定性,提高难溶性中药的溶出度和生物利用度。固体自微乳化给药系统为中药开发提供研究方向,自微乳固体化是具有研发前景的新型固体制剂,随着新型载体材料和和固体化方法的开发,将中药制成固体自微乳化给药系统的方法会得到广泛的应用。 In order to understand recent studies on the solidification carrier and curing technology of the solid self-micro emulsions drug delivery system for traditional Chinese medicine,we have reviewed the related literature and have found that the new solidification carrier and curing methods improve the self-micro emulsions performance of solid self-micro drugs and improve the stability,dissolution and bioavailability of traditional Chinese medicine.The solid self-micro emulsification drug delivery system provides a research direction for development of traditional Chinese medicine.Self-micro emulsion solidification is a new promising solid preparation technique.With the development of new carrier materials and curing methods,the method of making Chinese medicine into the solid self-micro emulsifying drug delivery system will be used widely.
