摘要
为实现液压挤出机构的精确位置控制,提高其抗干扰能力,提出一种基于滑模观测器的控制算法。通过2个电子尺分别检测料缸位移和模芯位移,通过可变滑模增益来减弱输入信号中高频干扰带来的振荡。仿真和实物实验表明,应用滑模观测器能有效抑制高频干扰,准确控制料缸位移。
In order to realize the precise position control of the hydraulic extrusion system and improve the ability of immunity from interference,a control algorithm based on sliding model observer(SMO)is put forward.Two electric scales are used to detect the displacement of the material cylinder and mold core,and the vibration from the high frequency noise is reduced through the variable sliding model gain.The simulation and the experiment indicate that SMO can efficiently restrain disturbance from high frequency,and precisely control the displacement.
