摘要
广东理工职业学院开展了投资与理财专业“现代学徒制班”人才培养模式及教学标准改革实践。项目团队按照“职业岗位—典型工作任务—核心职业能力分析—课程体系建构”的基本路径,建构以公共基础课、专业技术技能课程和学徒岗位能力课程以及专业拓展课程为模块的课程体系;另外考虑学徒“双身份”特点以及“岗位成才”规律,教学实施设置为学校课堂、职场课堂和网络课堂。同时,运用“PDCA”循环,对教学标准的课程进行全面管理,以形成具有实际应用价值并能全面推广的投资与理财专业“现代学徒制班”教学标准。
Guangdong Polytechnic has carried out the reform in the mode of talent fostering and developed the teaching standards of Investment and Finance Management program for"Modern Apprenticeship Class".Following the path of"vocational post-typical task-core vocational competence analysis-curriculum system construction",the project team constructs the curriculum system with the modules of public basic courses,professional technical skills courses,apprenticeship post competence courses and professional development courses.In considering of the characteristics of apprenticeship's"dual identity"as well as the law of"post cultivation",the instruction is mainly implemented in traditional classroom,workplace and online classroom.At the same time,total management is adopted with the help of"PDCA"cycle,in order to form a practical and applicable"modern apprenticeship class"teaching standard.
