摘要
京津冀协同发展视域下,房地产市场预警预报系统是保证房地产业健康发展的重要基础。该研究遵循"理论-应用-理论"的思维,力图在经济周期理论、经济预警理论和泡沫与扩散理论的指导下,建立承德市房地产经济预警系统,以期为承德市政府对房地产市场实施宏观调控提供决策依据,也为承德市房地产开发企业和投资者以及承德房地产市场提供决策依据,更为广大居民和消费者实现"住有所居"和理性投资提供决策依据。
Establishing early warning and forecasting system of real estate market under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development is an important foundation to ensure the healthy operation of real estate industry.This study follows the thinking of "theory application theory",and tries to establish the real estate economic early-warning system in Chengde under the guidance of economic cycle theory,economic early warning theory and bubble and diffusion theory.In order to provide decision-making basis for the Chengde Municipal Government to implement macro-control policies on the real estate market,as well as for the real estate development enterprises and investors in Chengde to correctly understand and invest in the real estate market in Chengde,and to provide decision-making basis for the majority of residents and consumers to achieve "live in residence " and rational investment.
