高职院校通识教育目标定位的三重向度

摘要 通识教育的目标是培养全面发展的人。结合高职教育规律、学生特点和社会发展需求,高职通识教育目标应定位于培养"公共生活必备、职业生活必需、闲暇生活必要"的品格和能力。"公共生活、职业生活、闲暇生活"是个人能力发展的"全面性尺度";"必备、必需、必要"是个人能力发展的"目标性尺度"。"公共生活必备"应定位于培养与现代社会发展相适应的公共素养;"职业生活必需"应定位于培养职业发展需求的核心素养;"闲暇生活必要"应定位于培养学生的个性志趣。 The goal of general education is to cultivate all- round development person. Combining the rules of higher vocational education, the characteristics of students and the needs of social development, the goal of general education in higher vocational education should be positioned to cultivate the character and ability of“necessary for public life, professional life and leisure life”.“Public life, professional life, leisure life”is the“comprehensive scale”of individual ability development.“necessary”is the“target scale”for the development of personal abilities.“necessary for public life”should be positioned to cultivate public literacy that is compatible with the development of modern society;“necessary for professional life”should be positioned to cultivate the core literacy of professional development needs;“necessary for leisure life”should be positioned to cultivate students’personality and interests.
