摘要
氨、氮是海水养殖中重要的监测项目。氨、氮对鱼类有很强的毒性,会使鱼类食欲下降、体质消瘦、体色丧失、疾病频发甚至死亡。而目前高级人工海水晶已广泛应用于海水鱼类的养殖,因此,为保证高级人工海水晶的质量,需要通过实验进一步提高高级人工海水晶中氨、氮检测的准确度,从而控制高级人工海水晶的出厂氨、氮值,以提供品质更为优良的高级海水晶产品。
Ammonia nitrogen is an important monitoring item in mariculture. Ammonia nitrogen has a strong toxicity to fish, which can make fish appetite decline, body weight loss, color loss, frequent diseases and even death. At present, advanced artificial seawater crystal has been widely used in mariculture. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of advanced artificial seawater crystal, we further improve the accuracy of ammonia nitrogen detection in advanced artificial seawater crystal through experiments, so as to control the ammonia nitrogen value of advanced artificial seawater crystal in the factory, so as to provide better quality products of advanced artificial seawater crystal.
