摘要
江苏省"两减政策"对淮安地区元明粉生产企业提出了能源替代的难题,文章提出了将传统ME制硝装置实施MVR节能改造的技术方案,并进行了分析与计算。得出了对于制硝企业,实施MVR技术改造可行,并可在制硝行业内推广应用,多效真空蒸发制硝与热压制硝并用方式必将成为国内制硝行业新的发展方向。
Due to Jiangsu province environmental policy on industrial coal control, anhydrous sodium sulfate manufacturer have to solve energy alternative. This article introduced the possibility of MVR application on ME device, corresponding analysis and calculation was made. The conclusion is that: it was feasible to implement MVR technical transformation in ME device and promote the application in Glauber making industry. In the future, the combination of ME and MVR will play an important role at the same time in the development of domestic Glauber making industry.
