摘要
利用水氯镁石作为电解金属镁的原料,其技术难点之一就是如何保证原料当中的硫含量低于规定值。通常要求无水氯化镁中硫酸根含量要求低于10 mg/kg,因此,净化后的水氯镁石溶液中硫酸根必须低于20 mg/kg。文章通过试验主要从溶液的成分及粘度、钡法除硫、膜过滤去除硫酸钡沉淀等方面进行了实验研究。研究表明,通过控制溶液中的钡离子浓度及选择合理的膜过滤设备可以将水氯镁石溶液中的硫酸根降低至20 mg/kg以下。
Using bischofite as raw material for electrolysis of magnesium metal,one of the technical difficulties is how to ensure that the sulfate radical content in the raw material is below the prescribed value.Sulfate radical content in anhydrous magnesium chloride is usually required to be less than 10 mg/kg,so the sulfate radical content in purified bischofite solution must be less than 20 mg/kg.In this article,the composition and viscosity of the solution,desulfurizing by barium method and removal of barium sulfate precipitation by membrane filtration were studied.The result showed that sulfate radical content in bischofite solution can be reduced to less than 20 mg/kg by controlling the concentration of barium ion in the solution and choosing reasonable membrane filtration equipment.
