"Four in One" Mode for Provincial Mainstream Media : Path and Exploration of Improving the "Four Forces" of Online News Public Opinion

摘要 目前,在网上新闻舆论"四力"建设和提升方面,国内省市级主流媒体新媒体、网信办经过近年来的发展与探索,已逐渐摸索出一定的建设路径。但通过文献综述发现:到目前为止,关于省市级主流媒体新媒体、网信办是通过何种路径来提升网上新闻舆论"四力"的,还没有一个较为清晰的认识。故本文尝试以省市级主流媒体新媒体、网信办为中心,对网上新闻舆论"四力"的建设路径进行初步的归纳和总结。 At present, in the construction and promotion of the online news public opinion "four forces", the provincial and municipal mainstream new media and Online Information Office have gradually explored a certain construction path after years of development and exploration. However, through literature review, it has been found that so far, there is no clear understanding of the path of the new media outlets of provincial and municipal mainstream media and the Online Information Office to improve the online news public opinion "four forces". Therefore, this paper attempts to make a preliminary summary of the construction path of the online news public opinion "four forces" with the provincial and municipal mainstream media new media and the network information office as the center.
