牙周基础治疗牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者的效果研究

Study on effect of basic periodontal therapy on periodontitis with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨牙周基础治疗牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法 80例牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者,均采取牙周基础治疗,比较治疗前、治疗后3个月探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(CAL)、出血指数(BI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊后出血百分数(BOP)、糖化血红蛋白水平。结果治疗后3个月,患者PD、CAL、BI、PLI、BOP均优于治疗前,糖化血红蛋白水平(6.30±0.26)%明显低于治疗前的(7.36±0.36)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者采取牙周基础治疗,可以明显改善临床牙周指标,降低糖化血红蛋白水平,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To discuss the effect of basic periodontal therapy on periodontitis with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with periodontitis and type 2 diabetes mellitus all received basic periodontal therapy.The probing depth(PD),clinical attachment loss(CAL),bleeding index(BI),plaque index(PLI),bleeding on probing(BOP)and glycosylated hemoglobin levels before and after 3 months of treatment were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,patients had better PD,CAL,BI,PLI and BOP than those before treatment.Patients had obviously lower glycosylated hemoglobin levels as(6.30±0.26)%than(7.36±0.36)%befrore treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Basic periodontal therapy for patients with periodontitis and type 2 diabetes mellitus can obviously improve the clinical periodontal index and reduce the level of glycosylated hemoglobin.It has clinical application value.
