酮替芬联合布地奈德治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效观察

Observation on efficacy of ketotifen combined with budesonide on post-infection cough

目的观察酮替芬联合布地奈德治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效。方法 64例感染后咳嗽患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组32例。两组患者均给予常规止咳、祛痰治疗,对照组给予雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用酮替芬治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论酮替芬联合雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗感染后咳嗽疗效确切,安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy of ketotifen combined with budesonide on post-infection cough.Methods A total of 64 patients with post-infection cough were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 32 cases in each group.Both groups received routine antitussive and expectorant treatment.The control group was also treated with aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension,and the treatment group was treated with ketotifen on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared.Results The treatment group had higher total effective rate as 93.75%than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups had no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Ketotifene combined with aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension is effective and safe in the treatment of post-infection cough,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
