中药汤剂与西药结合在阴虚阳亢型老年高血压患者治疗中的应用体会

Application experience of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of patients with senile hypertension of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity

目的探讨中药汤剂与西药结合治疗阴虚阳亢型老年高血压患者的临床疗效。方法 105例阴虚阳亢型老年高血压患者,按随机抽签法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(55例)。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予中西医结合治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果及治疗前后血压变化情况。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率96.36%明显高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者SBP、DBP均显著低于治疗前,且观察组SBP(132.84±8.10)mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、DBP(84.54±3.50)mm Hg均显著低于对照组的(140.21±8.51)、(87.39±3.15)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于阴虚阳亢型老年高血压患者给予中西医结合治疗,能取得理想的临床效果,控制患者的血压水平,具有积极的推广价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of senile patients with hypertension of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity.Methods A total of 105 senile patients with hypertension of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity were divided by random lottery method into control group(50 cases)and observation group(55 cases).The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.The clinical treatment effect and blood pressure changes before and after treatment in two groups was compared.Results The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate of clinical treatment as 96.36%than 76.00%in the control group,and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups had significantly lower SBP and DBP than those before treatment.The observation group had significantly lower SBP as(132.84±8.10)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and DBP as(84.54±3.50)mm Hg than(140.21±8.51)and(87.39±3.15)mm Hg in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicine shows ideal clinical effect in senile patients with hypertension of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity,and it can control the blood pressure level of patients.This method has positive promotion value.
