Patent Pattern Analysis of Atractylodis Rhizoma

摘要 目的:苍术是一种大宗中药,在我国应用历史悠久。本文系统梳理了近三十年全球苍术专利申报情况,为全面了解苍术药物研发状况,规划研究路线、制订专利申请策略以及市场开发和产业应用提供参考。方法:制订检索策略,从多个专利数据库检索全球苍术专利数据,运用统计学方法对有效信息进行分析挖掘。结果:获得了苍术专利申请的生命周期、专利布局、应用功效偏好、关键核心技术等方面的专利格局。结论:该领域专利技术生命周期整体处于快速成长期。中国、日本和韩国既是全球苍术最主要的技术来源地,也是该领域最主要的专利布局地。苍术最受关注的应用功效主要包括治疗消化系统、皮肤病、消炎退热、骨骼疾病和抗感染等。我国专利技术集中于苍术的药物治疗作用,国外专利技术更注重苍术的保健作用。整体来说,对苍术的研究和开发有较大的发展空间。 Objective: Atractylodis rhizoma is an important traditional Chinese medicine,which has a long history in China.This paper systematically outline the global patent application status of Atractylodis rhizoma in the past 30 years,to provide a reference for the research and development of Atractylodis rhizoma in medicinal drugs,planning research routes,formulating patent application strategies,market development and industrial application.Methods: First,the search strategy was formulated.Then,the global patent data was retrieved from multiple patent databases.Finally,effective patent information was analyzed and mined by some statistical methods.Results: Patent life cycle,patent layout,application efficacy preferences,key core technologies and other aspects of Atractylodis rhizoma patent application information were obtained.Conclusion: The patent technology life cycle in this field is in a rapid growth period.China,Japan and South Korea are the main sources of technology for Atractylodis rhizoma,as well as the most important patent layout in the field.The applications,including the treatment of the digestive system,skin diseases,anti-inflammatory and antipyretic,bone diseases and anti-infection,draw most attentions.China’s patented technology focuses on therapeutic effects,while foreign patents pay more attention to the health care effects.On the whole,there is a large room for development in the research and market development of Atractylodis rhizoma.
