Analysis on Professor Wei Junping′s Medication Experience for Graves Disease Based on Data Mining Methods

目的:探讨魏军平教授治疗Graves病的处方用药规律。方法:收集整理魏军平教授Graves病的门诊处方203张,构建处方数据库,应用相关软件,分析处方中药物的关联性。结果:对选出的203个处方进行统计,涉及141味中药,确定处方中药物的使用频次和药物之间的关联规则,其中使用频次高于40的中药共20味,前5位中药依次为夏枯草、柴胡、白术、茯苓、白芍,并挖掘出16个核心组合和9首新处方。结论:魏军平教授治疗Graves Graves病治则治法的用药原则。

Objective: To analyze the medication experience of Professor Wei We collected the prescriptions used for Graves disease cases at Professor Wei establish the prescriptions formula database,application related software to analyze the association of drugs in prescriptions.Results: Statistics on the selected 203 prescriptions included,refer to 141 herbs.Summarize the frequency of use of the drug in the prescription and the rules of association between the drugs.A total of 20 herbs had a frequency of more than 40,and top 5 herbs with high using frequency were Prunella,Bupleurum,Atractylodes,Poria,Radix Paeoniae Alba,and 16 groups of core herbs combinations and 11 new prescriptions were developed.Conclusion: Professor Wei has a wealth of experience in treating Graves disease.Professor Wei is good at dredge the liver to relieve the depression,obliterate the anger of the liver,replenishing the vital essence and removing heat,invigorating spleen to eliminate phlegm and resolving hard lump.It is in line with the principle of Professor Wei’s medication for the treatment of Graves’ disease.
