英国学术失信大背景下牛津布鲁克斯大学的整体性治理模式 被引量:1

摘要 学术诚信问题在各个国家教育中备受关注。英国学术失信行为严重,其类型包括有意失信和无意失信;其形成原因复杂,学生、教师和学校层面都难逃其责。在治理学术失信问题上,英国各高校纷纷出台适合自身的治理模式,最典型的是牛津布鲁克斯大学的整体性方法:制定出一套统一的处理标准,从学生、教师、学校三个层面全面治理学术失信,且在治理上以积极教育预防为主,并形成合理的评估体系。该方法对我国高校治理学术失信有一定的启发作用。 The issue of academic integrity has attracted much attention in the education of various countries,while academic dishonesty in UK is serious. The types of academic dishonesty include intentional behaviors and unintentional behaviours. The reasons for its formation are complex. Students,teachers and schools cannot escape their responsibilities. To manage the problem of academic dishonesty,universities in the UK have introduced their own governance models. The most typical one is the holistic approach of Oxford Brookes University. The university formed a reasonable evaluation system,which comprehensively dealt with academic dishonesty from the three levels of students,teachers and schools,and formulate a set of unified standards,as well as giving priority to active education and prevention. This method has certain implications for academic distrust in Chinese college governance.
