摘要
新时代高职院校"双师型"教师需具备品德教育、理论教学、实践教学及技术服务四种能力。然而,由于绝大部分教师缺乏企业工作经历以及企业实践制度普遍难以落到实处等原因,实践教学及技术服务能力不足成为影响"双师型"教师队伍建设的主要因素。实践证明,通过搭建三级平台"牵线搭桥"、建立体系化制度"保驾护航",科技特派员制度可以成为新时代高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的有效路径。
In the new era,the"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges should possess four abilities:moral education,theoretical teaching,practical teaching and technical service. However,due to the lack of work experience of most teachers in enterprises and the difficulty of implementing the practical system in enterprises,the insufficient ability of practical teaching and technical service has become the main factor affecting the construction of "double-qualified"teachers. Practice has proved that through the establishment of three-level platform"tie-in"and the establishment of a systematic system"escort",science and technology Commissioners can become an effective way to build "double-qualified"teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in the new era.
