黑龙江高职教育“双师型”教师队伍建设体系研究

Research on the Construction System of “Double-qualified” Teachers Team in Heilongjiang Higher Vocational Education

职业教育的发展为社会的各行各业培养了许多优秀的技术技能型人才。时代在发展,社会在进步,高职教育也在改革发展中不断完善自身建设。基于高职教育发展视角,对黑龙江省高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设进行分析和研究,为高职教育"双师型"教师队伍建设体系发展提出策略,旨在为高职教师队伍建设服务,为黑龙江高职教育教学服务。

Since the development of Vocational education,many excellent technical talents have been trained for all walks of life. With the development of the times and the progress of society,higher vocational education is constantly improving its own construction in the process of reform and development. Based on the perspective of the development of Higher Vocational education,analyse and study the construction of "double-qualified"teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in Heilongjiang Province,and put forward more strategies for the development of"double-qualified"teachers’ team construction system in Higher Vocational education,aiming at serving the construction of teachers and the teaching of Higher Vocational Education in Heilongjiang Province.
