基于提高实践能力培养的钢结构课程教学思考

摘要 近年来,中国钢结构工业发展迅速,钢结构工程项目不断增加。与此同时,钢结构设计和施工等方面的高端人才却出现紧缺现象,且高校土木工程毕业生在钢结构方面普遍存在实践能力不足的问题,导致行业人才供需矛盾。为提高高校土木工程专业学生的工程应用能力和实践创新能力,培养适应中国钢结构产业健康快速发展需要的人才,分析"钢结构设计原理"和"钢结构设计"课程的课堂教学、课程设计以及生产实习中存在的问题,并提出教学改革的建议。 In recent years,Chinese steel structure industry has developed rapidly and the amount of steel structure projects have continued to increase. At the same time,high-end talents in steel structure design and construction are in short supply,and college civil engineering graduates generally have insufficient practical ability in steel structure,which leads to contradiction between supply and demand of talents in the industry. In order to improve the engineering application ability and practical innovation ability of college students majoring in civil engineering,and cultivate the talents that meet the needs of the healthy and rapid development of China’s steel structure industry. The problems existing in classroom teaching,course design and production practice of"Principles of Steel Structure Design"and"Steel Structure Design"courses are analyzed.Suggestions for teaching reform are put forward to provide new teaching ideas.
