Prevention and control of cervical cancer among rural women of childbearing age

目的探究农村育龄妇女宫颈癌的筛查情况和防控措施。方法对本地5个乡镇的5600名农村育龄妇女进行宫颈癌筛查,时间为2018年1月到12月,对农村育龄妇女基本情况进行调查,记录既往病史、个人基本信息等,进行回顾性分析。分析农村育龄妇女对宫颈癌的认知程度,以及筛查情况。结果农村育龄妇女对宫颈癌的认知程度比较低,做过宫颈癌筛查的只有30.93%(1732/5600),做过人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)筛查的只有13.3(745/5600)。慢性宫颈炎病变检出率5.68%(318/5600)。阴道镜下宫颈活检宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)为2.54%(142/5600),早期浸润癌检出率0.04%(2/5600)。结论农村育龄妇女对宫颈癌的认知程度普遍较低,要定期开展宫颈癌筛查和健康教育等措施,加强农村育龄妇女宫颈癌的防控,及早发现,及早预防和治疗。

Objective To explore the screening and prevention and control measures of cervical cancer in rural women of childbearing age.Methods 5600 rural women of childbearing age in 5 local towns and villages were screened for cervical cancer.The time was from January to December 2018.The basic situation of rural women of childbearing age was investigated,and the past medical history and basic personal information were recorded.analysis.To analyze the awareness of cervical cancer in rural women of childbearing age and the screening situation.R esult Rural women of childbearing age have a low level of awareness of cervical cancer.Only 30.93%(1732/5600)have been screened for cervical cancer,and only 13.3(745/5600)have been screened for human papillomavirus(HPV).The detection rate of chronic cervicitis was 5.68%(318/5600).The cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)of the cervical biopsy under colposcopy was 2.54%(142/5600),and the detection rate of early invasive carcinoma was 0.04%(2/5600).Conclusion The awareness of cervical cancer in rural women of childbearing age is generally low.It is necessary to regularly carry out cervical cancer screening and health education measures to strengthen the prevention and control of cervical cancer in rural women of childbearing age,early detection,early prevention and treatment.
