利用婚检平台调查分析本地区孕前女性尿碘水平

The analysis of urinary iodine level of prepregnant women taking advantage of Premarital Examination Platform for local people

目的调查宜兴地区孕前女性的尿碘水平,更好地指导孕前女性的碘摄入,促进优生优育。方法利用婚检平台,用溶出伏安法对备孕的女性进行尿碘检测,分析检测数据。结果本地区1071例孕前女性尿碘的中位数是154.84ug/L,平均为174.17±91.36ug/L,其中碘缺乏163例占15.22%,碘适量619例占57.80%,碘超足量207例占19.33%,碘过量82例占7.66%,其中碘营养正常的女性占77.13%。孕前女性人群上午及下午的尿碘水平无明显差异。结论宜兴地区孕前女性的尿碘水平多数在合理范围内,但仍有部分碘缺乏及碘过量,妇幼保健工作中要重视孕前及孕期女性碘营养指导。

Objective To investigate the urinary iodine level for prepregnant women in Yixing area,so as to better guide the iodine intake and promote eugenic and fertility.Methods The urine iodine of prepregnant women was detected by dissolution voltammetry based on the premarital examination platform and the data were analyzed.Results The median of urinary iodine level in 1071 prepregnant women was 154.84ug/L and the average was 174.17±91.36 ug/L.163 cases were iodine deficiency(15.22%),619 cases were iodine adequate(57.80%),207 cases were iodine excess(19.33%)and 82 cases were iodine excess(7.66%).77.13%prepregnant women have normal iodine nutrition.The urinary iodine levels have no significant difference between morning and afternoon in prepregnant women.Conclusions The prepregnant women urinary iodine level in Yixing area is mostly within a reasonable range and there are some iodine deficiency and excessive.We should pay attention to the guidance of iodine nutrition for prepregnant and pregnant women in the work of maternal and child health care.
