“互联网+孕妇学校”健教模式对初产妇产后纯母乳喂养的影响

The effect of "Internet + maternity school" health education mode on postpartum exclusive breastfeeding in primipara

目的探讨“互联网+孕妇学校”健教模式对初产妇产后纯母乳喂养的影响。方法选取我院产科住院自然分娩初产妇100例,从中筛选出接受“互联网+孕妇学校”健教模式的64例初产妇作为观察组,接受传统孕妇学校健康教育的36例初产妇为对照组。对比两组产妇母乳喂养知识掌握和产后母乳喂养情况。结果入院待产时,观察组产妇对母乳喂养认知度和对孕妇学校健教满意度明显高于对照组;产后1年随访,观察组母乳喂养时间也明显长于对照组。产后母乳喂养方式随访结果:观察组产后4周、产后3个月、产后6个月纯母乳喂养率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+孕妇学校”健教模式能显著提高初产妇母乳喂养知识掌握度,增强产后母乳喂养的主动性和自我效能,提高产后纯母乳喂养率。

Objective Exploring the impact of the“Internet+maternity school”mental education model on postpartum exclusive breastfeeding in primipara women.Methods A total of 100 primipara women who were hospitalized in the obstetrics department of our hospital were selected.64 primiparas who received the“Internet+maternal school”mental education model were selected as the observation group,and 36 primiparas who received the traditional pregnant school health education were the control group.Compare the maternal breastfeeding knowledge and postpartum breastfeeding between the two groups.Results When admitted to hospital,the observing group's maternal awareness of breastfeeding and satisfaction with maternal school health education were significantly higher than the control group;after 1 year postpartum,the breastfeeding time of the observation group was also significantly longer than the control group.Follow-up results of postpartum breastfeeding methods:The exclusive breastfeeding rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 4 weeks postpartum,3 months postpartum,and 6 months postpartum(P<0.05).Conclusion The"Internet+maternity school"mental health model can significantly improve the mastery of breastfeeding knowledge of primipara women,enhance the initiative and self-efficacy of postpartum breastfeeding,and improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding after childbirth.
