孕期营养体重管理对预防巨大儿及足月低重儿的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of nutrition and weight management during pregnancy on prevention of macrosomia and full-term low-weight children

目的研究孕期营养体重管理在预防巨大儿及足月低重儿中的临床效果。方法采用随机数余数分组法将2018年1月~2018年6月前往我院产检的106例孕妇分为接受常规孕期指导的对照组及采取孕期营养体重管理的观察组各53例,对两组巨大儿、足月低重儿、体重增长状况进行对比。结果观察组巨大儿发生率、足月低重儿发生率、体重增长状况(过高、过低、正常)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施孕期营养体重管理有助于预防及降低巨大儿、足月低重儿的发生率,促使孕妇整个孕期体重维持在理想水平,值得加以推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effects of nutritional weight management during pregnancy in the prevention of macrosomia and full-term low-weight children.Methods 106 pregnant women who went to our hospital for maternity examination from January 2018 to June 2018 were divided into the control group receiving routine pregnancy guidance and the observation group taking nutritional weight management during pregnancy,53 cases in each group.The status of macrosomia,full-term low birth weight and weight gain were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of macrosomia,the incidence of full-term low birth weight,and weight gain(over-high,too low,normal)were better in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nutrition and weight management during pregnancy can help prevent and reduce the incidence of macrosomia and full-term low-weight children,and promote the maintenance of pregnant women's weight during pregnancy.It is worthy of promotion.
