妊娠合并缺铁性贫血(IDA)对母婴结局的近期、远期影响分析被引量：5

摘要目的探讨IDA患者的母婴结局。方法将我中心90例IDA患者为观察组,100例非贫血孕妇为对照组,观察2组妊娠结局及围生儿结局。结果观察组不良妊娠结局发生率均高于对照组;除死胎发生率比较结果相当外(P>0.05),其他围生儿不良结局均高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论IDA可导致妊娠不良结局,对母婴的生命健康有重要影响。
