仁心古谊继忠州——论王孟英医德

Wang Mengying's Medical Ethics View

王孟英是清代温病之集大成者,对温病学的发展作出了重要贡献。王氏之所以能够成为一代大家,高尚的医德是先决条件之一。袁凤桐曾题诗曰"仕心古谊继忠州",盛赞其医德。通过分析王孟英医案,剖析其医德,主要表现在五个方面:人品高洁,正直豁达,不趋于时;竭思济世,以治病救人为己任,不计名利;肠热胆坚,勇于承担,对病人一片热诚;对于疑难病证,谆谆劝谏,详析病情,以坚定患者信心;在医医关系上,又能胸怀坦荡,不毁谤前医。其德确为大医风范,为后世乃至今天医德的培养,以及良好医医关系、医患关系的建立提供了示范。

Wang Mengying was a major contributor to the development of warm diseases in the Qing Dynasty. The reason why Wang Mengying became a famous medical scientist is closely related to his noble medical ethics. Yuan Fengtong once wrote a poem for him to praise his ethics, which says that Wang Mengying is of high morality. This paper discusses Wang Mengying’s noble medical ethics from five aspects: Noble character, integrity and generosity;Trying his best to heal patients, regardless of fame and wealth;The courage to take responsibility and being enthusiastic and sincere to patients;For diffcult miscellaneous diseases, detailed conditions were analyzed to strengthen the patient’s confidence;Being open-minded, he never disparages former doctors in the relationship between doctors. Wang Mengying’s medical ethics sets a good example for the cultivation of medical ethics, good relationship between doctors and favorable doctorpatient relationship in later generations.
