The Sino-US trade imbalance caused trade friction. the United States took the lead in firing the first shot in the Sino-US trade war and provoking a huge trade war because it is good for the plaintiff and bad for the defendant. 337 Investigation has become one of the tools for American enterprises to conduct foreign trade war. Based on the recent patent infringement case of Golden Sea Professional Equipment Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyses the strategy of Golden Sea Professional Equipment Co.,Ltd.,successfully responding to 337 investigation,and puts forward some suggestions. It is hoped that it can provide reference for Chinese enterprises in the 337 investigation of patent infringement.
