近年来,黑龙江省加快推进围绕国家"一带一路"倡议,实施全面振兴,全方位开放。经过中俄双方多年的共同努力,作为黑龙江省国际大通道重要补充的"三桥一岛"都已启动,同江跨境铁路大桥、黑河—黑龙江公路大桥建设已进入尾声。这不仅为黑龙江省大通道建设开辟了更多出口,同时也对促进黑龙江省对外开发开放、提升口岸功能、解决地方经济发展瓶颈、推动中俄边境地区经贸合作与交流产生积极影响。

In recent years,Heilongjiang province has accelerated the national "the Belt and Road"initiative,and implemented all-round revitalization and opening up. Thanks to the joint efforts of China and Russia over the years,the "three Bridges and one island",which is an important supplement to Heilongjiang province’s major international corridors,has been launched,and the construction of Tongjiang cross-border railway bridge and Heihe-Heilongjiang highway bridge has come to an end. This has not only opened up more exports for the construction of major passageways in Heilongjiang province,but also had a positive impact on promoting the development and opening up of Heilongjiang province,improving the function of ports,solving the bottleneck of local economic development,and promoting the economic and trade cooperation and exchanges in the border areas between China and Russia.
