基于企业岗位需求的跨境电商教学体系构建研究——以义乌工商职业技术学院为例

Research on the Construction of Cross-border E-commerce Teaching System Based on Enterprise Job Demand——Taking Yiwu Industrial & Commercial College as an Example

跨境电商的飞速发展以及巨大的人才缺口为高职院校跨境电商人才培养带来了机遇和挑战。以义乌工商职业技术学院为例,结合义乌当地跨境电商及企业发展,认为构建基于企业岗位需求的跨境电商教学体系是人才培养的重要环节。在调研跨境电商企业岗位需求及职业能力要求的基础上,提出了在教学体系构建过程中要完善跨境电商课程体系,注重实践课程;利用实训软件提高学生实操技能;加强跨境电商实践基地建设;校企合作,开展师资共享;积极参加跨境电商技能竞赛等。

The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce and the huge talent gap have brought opportunities and challenges to the training of cross-border e-commerce talents in vocational colleges. Taking Yiwu Industrial & Commercial College as an example,combined with the development of cross-border e-commerce and enterprise in Yiwu,this paper believes that the construction of cross-border e-commerce teaching system based on the needs of corporate positions is an important part of talent training. On the basis of investigating the post requirements and professional ability requirements of cross-border e-commerce enterprises,,five suggestions for improvement are proposed: improving the cross-border e-commerce curriculum system in the process of constructing the teaching system and paying attention to practical courses;using practical training software to improve students ’practical skills;strengthening the construction of cross-border e-commerce practice bases;carrying out school-enterprise teachers sharing;participating in cross-border e-commerce skills competition actively.
