透明质酸钠治疗间质性膀胱炎的临床疗效及对患者血清IL-17的影响

Efficacy of sodium hyaluronate in interstitial cystitis and serum IL-17 level

目的探讨透明质酸钠治疗间质性膀胱炎的临床效果及对患者血清IL-17的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月本院收治的间质性膀胱炎患者94例,根据患者临床治疗的方法不同随机分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。观察组采取膀胱水扩张联合透明质酸钠治疗,对照组采取单纯膀胱水扩张治疗,记录两组治疗前及治疗一周后患者O'Leary-Sant平均症状评分(ICPI)、问题评分(ICSI)及生活质量评分(QOL)、疼痛评分(VAS)、排尿总量、平均尿量、排尿次数以炎症因子IL-17的变化情况。结果治疗12周后观察组患者ICPI、ICSI、VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);QOL评分观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);此外,观察患者的炎症因子IL-17也低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸钠具有良好的间质性膀胱炎治疗效果,可以改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量且可以缓解血清炎症反应,值得临床推荐使用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of sodium hyaluronate with interstitial cystitis and interleukin-17. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017, 94 patients with interstitial cystitis in our hospital were selected.The patients were randomly assigned into two groups: patients in observation group (n=47)were treated with bladder hydrodistention combined with sodium hyaluronate and patients in control group (n=47)were treated with bladder hydrodistention. O'Leary-Sant average symptom score (ICPI), problem score (ICSI) and quality of life score (QOL), pain score (VAS), total urine output, average urine volume, and number of urination changes in the inflammatory factor IL-17 were observed before and after treatment. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, all evaluating indicators including ICPI, ICSI, and VAS scores were improved in the observation group (P<0.05). The patients in the observation group had higher QOL scores those in the control group (P<0.05). In addition, There was a significant different in IL-17 serum level in both two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions Sodium hyaluronate has a good therapeutic effect on interstitial cystitis, which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the quality of life of patients and relieve serum inflammatory reactions.
