摘要
目的:应用高分辨率MRI结构成像,结合基于表面的形态学测量方法,初步探讨特发性中枢性性早熟(ICPP)女童皮质发育情况。方法:选取2017年10月至2018年6月就诊于扬州大学附属医院的符合特发性中枢性性早熟诊断的女童20例及正常女童(NCs) 20例,采用GE 750W 3.0T MR机采集高分辨T1脑结构像,结合基于表面的形态学测量法(SBM),应用SPM12软件和CAT12工具包进行数据预处理与统计学分析,提取ICPP女童双侧大脑皮质厚度,分析其发育特点。结果:ICPP组在右侧半球枕外侧回、梭状回及左侧顶上小叶、顶下小叶较对照组皮质增厚;在左侧半球颞上回、颞中回、颞下回及颞上沟附近区域较对照组皮质变薄。结论:研究结果显示性早熟女童相比较对照组出现了视听觉处理等脑区的皮质厚度改变,这提示性早熟可能出现了更早的皮质发育,并且范围更广。
Purpose: The cortical development of idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP) girls was preliminarily discussed using high-resolution MRI structural imaging combined with surface-based morphological measurements.Methods: From October 2017 to June 2018, 20 Clinical confirmed ICPP girls and 20 age-matched girls of normal controls in Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University were enrolled. All participants were undergone with MRI on a GE 750 W 3.0 T magnetic resonance imaging scanner to collect the T1-weighted imaging. Data processing and analysis were done by using Statistical Parametric Mapping(SPM12) software and Computational Anatomy Toolbox 12(CAT12). Bilateral cerebral cortex thickness of ICPP girls were extracted to analyze their brain structure development characteristics. Results: Compared to the controls, the ICPP group showed increased cortical thickness in the right lateral occipital cortex, the right fusiform gyrus, the left superior parietal lobule, inferior parietal lobule and showed reduced cortical thickness in the superior temporal gyrus, the middle temporal gyrus, the inferior temporal gyrus and the banks of superior temporal sulcus of left cerebral hemisphere. Conclusion: The results of the study showed a change in cortical thickness in the brain regions compared with the control group, suggest that girls with precocious puberty may have earlier cortical development and in a wider range.
