深部调驱用HPAM/Cr^(3+)弱凝胶体系制备及其性能评价 被引量:2

摘要 本文以六水合氯化铬和部分水解聚丙烯酰胺为主要化学试剂,制备了适用于油藏深部高温高盐调剖的弱凝胶体系,并对此类凝胶体系成胶的影响因素进行了分析。探究了HPAM/Cr-a、b、c类型(配位体不同),pH值,温度,矿化度,聚合物浓度对弱凝胶性能的影响。结果表明:HPAM/有机铬b体系在的主要影响因素为温度、矿化度、pH值。随着矿化度的增加,粘度下降;随温度升高,成胶时间缩短;随着矿化度的升高,成胶时间缩短,而其黏度呈现先增后降的趋势;弱酸性条件下比弱碱性体系成胶更快。其他影响因素对该体系影响不大。 In this paper,six chlorinated chromium chloride and partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide were pre-pared as the main chemical reagents,and the gel system suitable for high temperature and higher salt profile of deep Reservoir was analyzed.The effects of HPAM/Cr-a,b and c (different ligands),pH,temperature,salinity and polymer molecular weight on gel properties were investigated.The results show that the main influencing factors of HPAM/organic chromium b system are temperature,salinity and pH.With the increase of salinity,the viscosity decreases,the salinity degree decreases with the increase of the temperature,and with the increase of salinity,the glue time decreases,and its viscosity increases first and then decreases,and it is faster than the weak alkaline system to glue under weak acidic conditions.Other influencing factors have little impact on the system.
