运用响应曲面法优化三嗪硼酸酯的制备的研究

摘要 从分子设计的观点出发,合成了1种新型的三嗪硼酸酯添加剂。利用响应曲面法,采用BoxBehnken模型,以二次多项式模型拟合,得到反应物摩尔比、反应时间和溶剂用量的拟合方程,对模型进行方差分析,模型拟程度好。利用模型优化实验条件,得到最佳合成条件,实验产率与预测值较为相符,模型具有实际运用价值。 From the viewpoint of molecular design,1 new triazine borate ester additive was synthesized.By using the response surface method,the Box-behnken model is fitted with two polynomial models to get the fitting equation of reactant mole ratio,reaction time and solvent dosage,and the variance analysis of the model is good.Using the model to optimize the experimental conditions,the optimal synthesis condition is obtained,the experimental yield is in accord with the predicted value,and the model has practical application value.
