摘要
超疏水表面由于其在自清洁、耐久性和稳定性等方面的优势而被广泛应用于防污、油水分离和防腐等领域。超疏水表面微纳米结构可以减少液体与金属表面的接触面积,因而提供了优异的耐腐蚀性能。本文介绍了在不同金属基板上制备超疏水涂层,分析其表面的制备和对金属防护方面的应用情况与潜在优势。
Superhydrophobic surface is widely used in antifouling,oil-water separation and antisepsis owing to its advantage in self-cleaning,durability and stability.The micro-nano structure on superhydrophobic surface can reduce the contact area between liquid and metal surface,providing excellent corrosion resistance.This paper introduces the preparation of superhydrophobic coating on different metal substrates,and analyzes the preparation of its surface and the application and potential advantages in metal protection.
