杭州市某区2182名中小学教师主要健康问题分析

Health status of primary and secondary school teachers in Hangzhou

目的了解杭州市中小学教师人群的主要健康问题,为促进中小学教师健康状态提供参考。方法对2 182名杭州市中小学教师的健康检查数据结果进行分析,找出存在的主要健康问题。结果2 181名杭州市中小学教师主要的健康问题包括眼科疾患(46.6%)、体质量指数异常(41.8%)、血压异常(32.4%)、脂肪肝(13.7%)、高尿酸(13.2%)、血脂异常(9.5%)、慢性咽炎(5.0%)。男性教师在血脂异常、高尿酸、高血糖、血压异常、体质量指数异常检出率均高于女性(P<0.05),而尿酸异常检出率低于女性教师(P<0.05);40周岁以上教师血脂、尿酸、血糖、血压、体值量指数异常检出率高于40周岁以下教师(P<0.05)。结论杭州市中小学教师健康问题突出,不同性别和年龄组健康问题存在差异。

Objective To analysis the main health problems of primary and secondary school teachers in Hangzhou.Methods 2 182 teachers were selected,body mass index,blood pressure and blood biochemical indexes were analyzed to find out the main health problems.Results The results showed that the main health problems among the primary and secondary school teachers were ophthalmopathy,overweight and obesity,abnormal blood pressure,fatty liver,hypeluricemia,dyslipidemia,chronic pharyngitis.Dyslipidemia,hypeluricemia,hyperglycemia,abnormal blood pressure,overweight and obesity in male teachers were significant higher than that in female teachers,while hypeluricemia was lower in male teachers.Dyslipidemia,hypeluricemia,hyperglycemia,abnormal blood pressure,overweight and obesity were significant higher in the teachers with age forty and over.Conclusions Health problems of primary and secondary school teachers are prominent,and different by gender and ages.
