摘要
针对手机拍照下OCR的识别率不高的问题,首先采用适合OCR的人工神经网络模型,通过使用OpenCV的仿射变换,解决拍照下字符存在扭曲变换。
Aiming at the problem that the recognition rate of OCR is not high under the mobile phone photographing, the artificial neural network model suitable for OCR is firstly adopted. By using OpenCV's affine transformation, the distortion of the characters under the photograph is solved.
