摘要
采用气相色谱法对大米中马拉硫磷和甲基嘧啶磷进行测定方法研究,检测大米中马拉硫磷与甲基嘧啶磷得到良好色谱分离。样品前处理方法简单,避免了被测物质的损失。方法可操作性强,能够满足实际样品的检测要求。
The determination of malathion and Pirimiphos-methyl in rice was studied by gas chromatography, and the malathion and Pirimiphos-methyl in rice were separated by good chromatography. The sample pretreatment method is simple and can avoid the loss of the tested material. The method has strong maneuverability and can meet the requirements of the actual sample detection.
