护理质量持续改进在宫颈癌术后患者护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the effect of continuous improvement of nursing quality on the nursing of postoperative patients with cervical cancer

目的分析护理质量持续改进在宫颈癌术后患者护理中的应用效果。方法将2017年1月~2018年12月在我院接受手术治疗的110例宫颈癌病患做为研究对象,将2017年1月~2017年12月来院的55例患者做为对照组,将2018年1月~2018年12月来院的55例患者做为研究组。分别施术常规护理和护理质量持续改进后的护理,对比护理质量、并发症和满意度。结果研究组患者术后护理质量各项评分均高于对照组;研究组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组,且对护理服务的满意度更高,组间数据比较存在统计学差异,P<0.05。结论宫颈癌术后护理施行护理质量持续改进,可提高护理质量与安全性,帮助患者减少并发症,促进其及早康复,也是患者满意的保障。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous improvement of nursing quality in the nursing of postoperative patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 110 patients with cervical cancer who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study.55 patients who came to hospital in January 2017 from January 2017 as a control group.A total of 55 patients who came to hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were included in the study group.The nursing care and quality of care,complications and satisfaction were compared between the routine nursing and the continuous improvement of nursing quality.Results The postoperative nursing quality scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group.The postoperative complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction with nursing service was higher.There was statistical difference between the groups.,P<0.05.Conclusion The continuous improvement of nursing quality of postoperative care for cervical cancer can improve the quality and safety of nursing,help patients reduce complications and promote their early recovery,and it is also the guarantee of patient satisfaction.
