心理护理对腹腔镜下阑尾炎手术患者焦虑抑郁状态及依从性的改善效果评价

Evaluation on the improvement of anxiety and depression status and compliance of patients with laparoscopic appendectomy by psychological nursing

目的研究腹腔镜下阑尾炎手术患者实施心理护理的临床效果及依从性。方法纳入本院收治的腹腔镜下阑尾炎手术患者40例作为研究对象,随机分为实验组20例行心理护理、对照组20例行常规护理,观察两组依从性、心理状态、护理满意度、生活质量。结果依从性对比:实验组高于对照组,心理状态对比:实验组优于对照组;护理满意度对比:实验组高于对照组;生活质量对比:实验组高于对照组,P<0.05。结论腹腔镜下阑尾炎手术患者实施心理护理的临床效果显著,既可提高患者依从性,又可改善其心理状态。

Objective To study the clinical effect and compliance of psychological nursing in laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods 40 cases of laparoscopic appendicitis surgery patients admitted to our hospital were included as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the experimental group 20 cases of psychological nursing,the control group 20 cases of routine nursing,observe the compliance of the two groups,psychological state,nursing satisfaction,quality of life.Results comparison of compliance:the experimental group was higher than the control group;comparison of psychological status:the experimental group was better than the control group;Comparison of nursing satisfaction:the experimental group was higher than the control group;Comparison of quality of life:the experimental group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical effect of psychological nursing in patients with laparoscopic appendectomy is remarkable,which can not only improve patients'compliance,but also improve their psychological state.
