The "well-digging"school-based teaching research training mode for rural primary and secondary schools is implemented from four aspects: walking out of the difficulty of research, grasping the essence of research, innovating the mode of research and promoting the result of research. It provides possibility for a normal school-based teaching research training mechanism for rural schools, and the enhancement of the effective organization and implementation of school-based training.
