挖井式乡村中小学校本研修实践与探索

摘要 挖井式乡村中小学校本研修实践与探索从"走出‘研之困’""把握‘研之脉’""创新‘研之式’""催生‘研之花’"四个角度展开,为形成乡村学校常态化校本研修运行机制,强化校本研修的有效组织实施提供了可能。 The "well-digging"school-based teaching research training mode for rural primary and secondary schools is implemented from four aspects: walking out of the difficulty of research, grasping the essence of research, innovating the mode of research and promoting the result of research. It provides possibility for a normal school-based teaching research training mechanism for rural schools, and the enhancement of the effective organization and implementation of school-based training.
