摘要
小学教育专业师范生培养存在着重理论、轻实践;重知识、轻素养;重教学,轻管理;重教师,轻学生等问题,要从根本上改变这种现状必须进行实践教学模式改革,创新人才培养路径。江苏省某高校针对小学教育专业实践需要,通过革新教师教育课程体系,采用"4+1"跟岗见习的方式,构建了独特的实践教学模式。该模式采用"定点到校、任务驱动、双师指导、及时反馈"的方式进行,并形成了配套的实施办法,取得了良好的效果。
The training of normal school students in primary education major is facing the problems of the emphasis on theory, knowledge, teaching, and teachers, but neglect on practice, quality, management and students, etc. In order to change this situation fundamentally, the reform of practical teaching mode must be carried out and the training path of talents should be innovated. In view of the needs of the primary school education, a university in Jiangsu has constructed a unique practice teaching mode by changing the curriculum system of teacher education and adopting the"4+1"post probation strategy. The mode adopts the methods of "being punctual to school, driving by tasks, guiding by double teachers and giving instant feedback", forming a complete set of implementation methods, and good results have been achieved.
