摘要
教师教育一体化既是当今世界教师教育发展的时代趋势,也是我国教师教育发展的现实课题。以服务地方基础教育师资培养培训为主业的地方高师院校,在教师教育一体化建设上有着得天独厚的优势。地方高师院校如何发挥优势,将教师教育一体化予以实践推进,必须首先厘清三个重要问题:教师教育一体化何以可能?教师教育一体化何以体现?教师教育一体化何以推进?即地方高师院校教师教育一体化要从目标、课程与师资三个维度来理解。
The integration of teacher education is not only the era trend of teacher education development in the world today, but also the realistic subject of teacher education development in China. The local higher normal colleges that serve the local basic education teacher training have unique advantages in the integration of teacher education.How do local higher normal colleges play an excellent role? To promote the integration of teacher education in practice, we must first clarify three important issues: How is the integration of teacher education possible? How is the integration of teacher education reflected? Why is the integration of teacher education advanced? That is to say, the integration of teacher education in local higher normal colleges should be understood from the three dimensions of goals,curriculum and teachers.
