摘要
不同于传统诗歌使用统一的节奏和韵律来表达诗歌的音乐性,当代威尔士英语诗人R.S.托马斯采用混杂的押韵模式、不和谐音等来表达诗歌的音乐性。混杂的押韵模式带来特别的音乐性效果;其不和谐音表达了诗人混乱、迷茫的情感。这些音乐性结构构成了托马斯独特的言说威尔士的方式。
Different from the traditional poems which use rhythms and rhymes to express poetic musicality, the Anglo-Welsh poet, R. S. Thomas adopts mixed rhyming scheme and dissonance in his poetry. Through mixed rhyme scheme, Thomas juxtaposes words of different ranges of meaning, which produces amazing musical effect. In addition,Thomas’s chaotic and perplexed feelings are expressed by dissonance. These poetic means not only express meaning but also reflect Thomas’s aesthetic pursuit of presenting his Welsh experiences.
