Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered the new era.And trade union organizations must unite and lead the great grand workers to give full play to their leading role in building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,which is an important responsibility of the trade unions.The great number of trade union cadres are organizers,promoters and practitioners of the various work of trade unions.They should firmly grasp the theme of the time of trade union work,recognize their own roles,give full play to their own roles,and promote the new development of labor movement and the trade union work.
