在"互联网+"环境下,随着诸多新教学手段的涌现和学习移动终端带来的知识共享的日益普及,在工会干部教育培训中教师和学员间的教与学也日益融合,给工会干部培训面临着机遇与挑战。传统的培训课堂中的灌输式教学方法已明显不能适应当前工会干部教育培训的时代的要求,需要科学发展完善适合当前干部教育培训新特点和新要求的现代教学法。

In the"Internet+"environment,with the emergence of many new teaching methods and the increasing popularity of knowledge sharing brought about by learning mobile terminals,the teaching and learning between teachers and students in the education and training of trade union cadres is also increasingly integrated.Training for trade union cadres is facing opportunities and challenges.The traditional teaching method has obviously failed to meet the requirements of education and training of trade union cadres.It is necessary to develop and improve the modern teaching method which is suitable for the new characteristics and requirements of the current education and training of Chinese cadres.
