摘要
利用传统的倒闸操作工具操作时存在劳动强度高、开关手车需要多名操作人员搬运和倒闸操作时间无法控制等问题。从倒闸操作的流程出发,研发了新型倒闸操作工具,包括电动旋转工具和可调式手车平台,电动旋转工具实现了单台开关手车从运行位置至检修位置状态转换的时间可控,可调式手车平台实现了开关手车的自动升降,无需多余的人员搬运,研制的新工具降低了运维成本并增强了操作的安全性。
Using traditional switching operation tools brought about some problems such as high labor intensity,multiple operators needed to move the switching handcart and uncontrollable switching operation time.Starting from the switching process,the new type of switching operating tools are researched and developed,including electric rotary tool and adjustable handcart platform.The electric rotary tool can make the transition time of the single switch handcart from the running position to repair position under control;adjustable handcart platform can make the switching handcart automatically lifted,and avoid redundant personnel.The developed new tools can reduce the operational cost,and enhance the operation safety.
