绞型和棒型碳纤维导线主要性能对比及问题分析 被引量:3

摘要 研究了两类碳纤维复合芯新型导线(棒型碳纤维复合芯导线、绞型碳纤维复合芯导线)的制造工艺、性能和结构情况等,对比了两种导线的优劣性能。结果表明:两类导线损伤多发生在紧线过程中卡线器临锚处以及压接过程中导线接续金具压接处附近,稳定结构的绞型碳纤维芯和现有配套耐张线夹难以达到默契的配合应用。最后针对上述两个问题提出了解决方案。 This paper mainly studies the manufacturing,performance and structure of two types of carbon fiber composite core conductors(rod carbon fiber composite core conductors and stranded carbon fiber composite core conductors),and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two conductors.The research concludes that the damages of the two types of conductors often occur in the process of tightening the wire at the anchorage and the crimping process,and that it is difficult to achieve a tacit cooperation between the stable structure of twisted carbon fiber core and the existing supporting strain clamp.Then solutions to these two problems are proposed.
