摘要
为提高1 000 kV特高压输电线路的工程机械化应用率,降低人工挖孔桩基础作业风险,施工单位与设计单位联合开展硬岩地质机械成孔微型桩技术研究。该技术具有施工速度快、成孔质量高、安全、环保等优点,已在1 000 kV山东—河北环网特高压工程线路工程(4标)中成功应用,破解了输电线路基础机械化施工的最后一道难题。
In order to increase the engineering mechanization application of 1 000 kV UHV transmission line and reduce the operation risk of manual bored pile foundation,the construction section and the design section jointly carry out the research on the drilling micro-pile technology for hard rock geological machinery.This technology has the advantages of fast construction speed,high quality of hole formation,safety and environmental protection,etc.It has been successfully applied in the 1 000 kV UHV Shandong-Hebei ring network project(No.4).The technology solves the last difficulty in the mechanized construction of transmission line foundation.
